Education Opportunities in the Triangle
The Triangle is a hub for education, offering top-ranked public-school systems and universities recognized among the top in the nation. For those interested in pursuing further education while working at Duke Health, we offer reimbursement of tuition for up to three classes per semester (limit nine classes per calendar year) up to $5,250 per calendar year for full-time team members with at least six months of continuous full-time service through our Employee Tuition Assistance Program. Additionally, team members who work 20 hours or more per week may be eligible for the Duke Employee Tuition Rate Program for undergraduate courses.

Support for Parents with Young Children
Parents who work at Duke Health have greater access to quality child care through the Duke Child Care Partnership. The partnership offers priority placement to Duke team members at more than 50+ childcare centers in the Triangle. Some also offer monthly discounts or waived fees.
