The Patient Revenue Management Organization (PRMO) is a fully integrated, centralized revenue cycle organization supporting all of Duke Health to streamline the revenue cycle. PRMO team members aid in delivering quality service by enhancing the patient experience, providing financial security, and preserving Duke Health’s reputation and mission of advancing health together.

What Makes the PRMO Special

Within the PRMO there are remote, on-site and hybrid roles. For those team members on campus, the office location offers dining, a 24-hour fitness center, sports courts, and touch-down meeting space.

Fellowship Program

The PRMO offers a two-year fellowship program designed to provide in-depth experience and knowledge of how revenue cycle financial management functions at all levels across the health system.
