1. Apply


Apply at Careers.DukeHealth.org. This process typically takes 5-15 minutes and requires that you upload your resume and complete information about your experience.

2. Application Review


Your online profile status may show "Under Consideration" while a recruiter reviews your resume to assess whether your skills are a match for the role. You can always check the status of your application by logging in here and reviewing the "my applications" section.

3. Interview and Selection Process 

If selected as a qualified candidate, you'll be invited to interview either virtually or in-person, based on the role. Following interviews, the Duke Health team connects to make a final decision.

4. Offer

If selected for the role, you'll first receive a verbal offer, followed by an official email offer with more details.

5. Onboarding

Once the email offer is accepted, you will complete your onboarding to join the team. The onboarding process may vary depending on your role and location, but new hires are invited to a system-wide virtual orientation that usually takes place your first day and introduces you to others across Duke Health.
