Comprehensive health benefits are available to support team members. We offer a choice of medical plan options for full-time or part-time team members and their dependents.

- Tuition Assistance provides reimbursement of tuition for up to three classes per semester (limit nine classes per calendar year) up to $5,250 per calendar year for full-time team members with at least six months of continuous full-time service.
- Professional Development: Duke-specific courses are provided to help meet your career goals.
- Continuing Education: Team members who work 20 hours or more a week may be eligible for the Duke Employee Tuition Rate Program for undergraduate courses.

- Infertility Benefits: Duke provides coverage for team members and their covered spourses at the Duke Fertilty Center after two years of continuous service.
