Your Health Coverage
 Comprehensive health benefits are available to support team members. We offer five options for medical coverage including two national PPO options for remote team members that live outside of North Carolina.

We also offer team members a choice of dental care insurance plans, a stand-alone vision plan, and the ability to set aside pre-tax money from your pay into a Health Care Reimbursement Account.

Education and Professional Development
We are committed to helping you enhance your skills and meet your educational goals.
  • Tuition Assistance provides reimbursement of tuition for up to three classes per semester (limit nine classes per calendar year) up to $5,250 per calendar year for full-time team members with at least six months of continuous full-time service.
  • Professional Development: Duke-specific courses are provided to help meet your career goals.  
  • Continuing Education: Team members who work 20 hours or more a week may be eligible for the Duke Employee Tuition Rate Program for undergraduate courses.
