Commitment Bonuses: Select, full-time imaging positions qualify for a commitment bonus of up to $15,000.
Relocation Assistance: Up to $3,000 in relocation assistance is available to assist imaging team members with moving costs, if living 50 or more miles away from their designated Duke University Health System facility. Team members using the program also get access to a dedicated relocation website that lets them research the area attractions, services, and neighborhoods.
Tuition Assistance: Team members can receive tuition assistance of up to $5,250 per calendar year after six months of full-time employment.

Collaborating with Physicians: Imaging technologists at Duke Health Partner closely with physicians in a truly collaborative environment, working side-by-side to educate and learn from each other. Here, physicians openly value the expertise of technologists, fostering a culture of respect and teamwork focused on advancing health together.
Back-up Care Service: 10 annual days of back-up care at discounted rates using Bright Horizons' network of caregivers who provide temporary care when team members have a disruption in their regular care. Team members can use these 10 days either in-home for both child and adults for $6 per hour, or at a Bright Horizons center at $15 per child per day or $25 per family.
Childcare Partnership: Duke Health offers priority placement for the young children of team members at 50+ partnership centers. Of those childcare centers, 30+ offer monthly discounts and/or waived registration fees.
Paid Time Off: Team members accrue paid time off (PTO) to cover time away for holidays, sick time, and vacation. Time accrued is based on years of service on bi-weekly and monthly paid status. See our benefits page for more details.
Referral Bonuses: Team members can earn monetary rewards of up to $1,000 and other prizes for referring prospective team members to Duke Health.
