Commitment Bonuses: Full-time polysomnography tech positions qualify for a $5,000 commitment bonus.
 

Referral Bonuses: Team members can earn monetary rewards of up to $1,000 and other prizes for referring prospective team members to Duke Health. 
 

Career Ladder: This program helps neurodiagnostic team members continue to advance their careers through promotion. 
 

Career Growth: Neurodiagnostic team members have the opportunity to cross train in new specialties, participate in research and continuing medical education (CME) coursework, and more. 
 

Back-up Care Service: 10 annual days of back-up care at discounted rates using Bright Horizons' network of caregivers who provide temporary care when team members have a disruption in their regular care. Team members can use these 10 days either in-home for both child and adults for $6 per hour, or at a Bright Horizons center at $15 per child per day or $25 per family.
 

Tuition Assistance: Team members can receive tuition assistance of up to $5,250 per calendar year after six-months of full-time employment through the Employee Tuition Assistance Program.
