Commitment Bonuses: Full-time nursing assistant positions qualify for a $5,000 commitment bonus in inpatient units.

Employee Tuition Assistance Program: Nursing assistant team members can receive tuition assistance of up to $5,250 per calendar year after six months of full-time employment.

Back-up Care Service: 10 annual days of back-up care at discounted rates using Bright Horizons' network of caregivers who provide temporary care when team members have a disruption in their regular care.
