Commitment Bonuses: Up to $2,500 commitment bonus for select roles.

Relocation Assistance: Team members gain access to a dedicated relocation website that let's them research the area attractions, services, and neighborhoods. 

Employee Tuition Assistance Program: Team members can receive tuition assistance of up to $5,250 per calendar year after six months of full-time employment. 

Referral Bonuses: Team members can receive monetary bonuses and prizes for referring talent to Duke Health. 

Paid Time Off: Team members accrue paid time off (PTO) to cover time away for the holidays, sick time, and vacation. Time accrued is based on years of service and bi-weekly or monthly paid status. See our benefits page for more details.

Back-up Care Service: 10 annual days of back-up care at discounted rates using Bright Horizons' network of caregivers who provide temporary care when team members have a disruption in their regular care. Team members can use these 10 days either in-home for both child and adults for $6 per hour, or at a Bright Horizons center at $15 per child per day or $25 per family.
