• Visit Duke@Work to view and update your personal information at Duke. Through this website, you can access clocking, benefits, pay, and PTO balance information.
• Review our payroll schedule. Explore optional enrollment in the Earned Wage Access service, which provides most Duke Health team members early access to their earned wages outside of their regularly scheduled paycheck.
• Meet your co-workers and peers
• Complete the 30-day coaching conversation with your leader
• If you are local to North Carolina, explore the free GoPass Program for a car-free commute to Duke. 

 

Enroll in your health benefits

 

Within 30 days of your start date, enroll yourself and any eligible dependents in the Duke Health benefits program that is right for you if you are eligible. Once you have settled into your first week, begin reviewing plan information and enroll in benefits on week two through Duke@Work. If you do not enroll in benefits within the first 30 days of your start date, you will have to wait until the annual enrollment period (held in the fall) to enroll.
