Commitment Bonuses: Full-time Medical Records Coder II positions are eligible for a $5,000 commitment bonus. 

Referral Bonuses: Team members can earn monetary rewards of up to $1,000 and other prizes for referring prospective team members to Duke Health. 

Tuition Assistance: Team members can receive tuition assistance of up to $5,250 per calendar year after just six months of full-time employment. 

Back-up Care Service: 10 annual days of back-up care at discounted rates using Bright Horizons' network of caregivers who provide temporary care when team members have a disruption in their regular care. Team members can use these 10 days either in-home for both child and adults for $6 per hour, or at a Bright Horizons center at $15 per child per day or $25 per family.
