The senior brand creative specialist leads in-house creative projects to support marketing, communications, and brand initiatives. This role connects with every part of the organization and is essential to the day-to-day production of a high-performing brand creative team. The ideal candidate is an individual with a versatile background and an eye for bold, compelling brand creative. This position is a hybrid of remote and in-person work, reporting in person weekly at a minimum on Thursdays.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all creative design requests, ensuring that designers have all the needed information to efficiently produce the highest quality brand creative. (50%)
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand all aspects of their creative requests and connect them with the right designer and resources.
    • Set and manage creative project schedules for a team of designers and a production specialist.
    • Edit or write content as needed for collateral messaging and provide along with other collateral assets to the assigned designer.
    • Continuously evaluate our process, systems, and data entry to optimize team collaboration, stakeholder satisfaction, and the quality of our creative.
  • Manage creative projects from idea to final files, collaborating with marketing and communications leadership and the creative team. (40%)
    • Work cooperatively with staff, share ideas, and develop effective responses.
    • Develop creative briefs and lead the kickoff meetings for concepting, messaging, and creative development.
    • Communicate with stakeholders, keeping them aware of the project status and navigating any changes to scope.
    • Maintain an understanding of brand guidelines and positioning to align creative accordingly.
  • Performs other related brand creative and advertising duties as assigned. (10%)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • High-quality writing and editing skills, specifically developing creative, concise, easy-to-understand content
  • An eye for attention-grabbing creative that consistently communicates on message
  • Dedication to champion cross-functional teams in an open, positive, and inclusive environment
  • Project management software experience
  • Ability to serve as an advocate for individuals of all ethnicities, genders, ages, and backgrounds
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred
  • Knowledge or experience in healthcare desired

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Business or related field is required.

Experience       

A minimum of two years of experience in creative traffic or creative project management in an agency or an in-house creative team is required.
