At Duke Health, we provide team members monetary rewards and prizes for referring talent that shares our positive attitude and values.
As a benefit of Duke Health employment, team members at Duke University Health System and Duke University can refer qualified candidates to any posted position on Careers.DukeHealth.org.
The rewards for referral are broken down by two categories paid out to the referring team member in one lump sum in their paycheck after the new hire reaches their 90-day anniversary with Duke Health. In addition to earning a monetary bonus for team members that are hired, all referrals or referred hires that team member makes are tracked by Duke Health, allowing the opportunity for team members to earn additional rewards for referring more qualified candidates.
