This role will also partner with DHTS Service Owners and service operations managers to audit and evaluate consumption data models that will ultimately be used to generate appropriate cost metrics serving as the basis to charge customers at the appropriate service levels. This role will also be critical in continuing to enhance and evolve the organization’s service pricing model as the IT organization continues to evolve while maintaining a consistent pricing structure for IT customers.
In addition to the SBC activities, this role will support the maintenance and database administration functions of the Financial Technology Business Management tool (including its various modules). This TBM tool is critical in managing several of DHTS’s finance related functions such as budget management, forecasting, service consumption reporting, and tracking cost investments made in applications and infrastructure. This role will be responsible for continuous development and integration of other functionality available within the tool in order to optimize transparency, value, and cost savings/cost avoidance.
A successful applicant must possess the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, possess relevant accounting and audit experience, and be very detail oriented. Prior experience with Duke Health entities is a plus.
